Cranberry and Orange Sauce recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh cranberries.
1 ½ cups of brown sugar.
2 cups of orange juice.
Grated rind of one orange.
Directions:
Wash the cranberries and set aside.
In a large saucepan, mix the orange juice with the sugar and cook over medium-low heat, until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the cranberries and simmer, without stirring, until the skins start to pop.
Remove from the heat and mix in the grated orange rind.
Pour into a dish and chill overnight.
